A message appears on my browser to say "my device has not uploaded location data. Open the tracker app in your device to ensure it is running without error."
I''ve checked my advanced options in the bb and they are "on" and enabled. Any ideas how to rectify?

The message suggests you to look into the tracker app screen to make sure that the tracker app is running. And there is no error in the log screen.
