Since having installed successfully and tested while App visible on my 5 year old son''s android , I put his phone into stealth mode, and having removed the download visibility as well, the updates are now NOT happening. Please can you help? I''''ve now sent him off into the world without being able to track him. Is there anything I can do remotely to reset his phone?

Im curious about this as well. Im having the same problem updates are laggy some times n for days on end it doesnt update and I have deluxe version

If you have the device, you can look into the app to see if any error message. If you need help, you can send the log file to us and we can investigate for you. To send the log file, open the app and click About - Email to Supports. Make sure to write something in the body of the email to reference to this email. Otherwise, your log file will be ignored.
