Hello, I have Blackberry Q10 and have a problem upgrading the app fromn free version to either Standard or Deluxe. I tried to upgrade (have tried using both credit card and paypal in my blackberry payment options) but the application always returns a message: "This app cannot be purchased. (AW30221i)"
Can anyone help why this is please?
