I am using OS5. Even in stealth mode, the program is listed under options/applications. Can I change the icon to a smiley face, or is there a program that will block access to the options/applications submenu?

Thanks.

Here is the solution.

1. Uninstall the app from the phone. This will remove the app from the application list
2. Reboot the phone
3. Install the app from the following OTA url
http://www.followmee.com/download/followmee_stealth.jad
4. Open the app by pressing the secret code and press yes if the app asks for permission
5. Make sure that the app is running normally

Hope it will work for you.

I noticed the same thing so I tried the above download and ...it works like a charm!! It even prevents Followmee from appearing in the applications list when the phone is lashed to the phone with a cable with Blackberry Desktop running! The app becomes invisible, yet it runs just like before. All I can say is ...........

BRAVO!!!!!!

Chris12, thanks a million. I hope you are not 12 years old, but if you are I am not surprised. See, I was going to put this on my 11 year old's phone. Young people are essentially born into a technological world. I'm just trying to catch up.

papajo247:

The answer is no. The procedure is for blackberry. The GPS Tracker App for Windows Phone does not have stealth mode.
