I have 2 x Iphone 12''s. I can only see Location History on one device.

You have the basic service on just one device. That is why you see history on one device.

How long does it take to upload Location History for me to view ?

I should be immediate. It just takes seconds for the app to update the server. If you don''t see update, the app might not be running correctly. See the trouble shooting guide in this url https://www.followmee.com/Troubleshoot.aspx
