Hide the Icon in Windows 10

I do not want the icon to appear anywhere in Win 10 menus, do not want employees to find it and turn off tracking. How do I remove just this icon from the Windows start main menu?

This is not possible for the windows store app. You cannot hide the app icon. We do not provide any stealth app.
