Hi.
It appears the app tracks the location every 120 seconds - it is possible to increase this to 60 or even 30? We want to track walkers going off road and at 120 seconds the route is quite jumpy. We understand that battery life would be affected but would like to know if it''s possible.
Thanks!

Hi. We’re using the API to create our own mapping so that’s not applicable right? Is it not possible to increase the GPS rate?

The exact path does not work with the api, only with the map portal. The tracking power is already set to high for your iphone. There is no way to set the track interval smaller.

No. it does not use Google''s snap to roads technology. Under exact path, the app records locations every few seconds. But these exact path locations are not available to the api.
