Hi,
if my iPhone (IOS 14.3) is connected to Wifi and there is not a Mobil SIM in it, On-Demand Update works fine.
But if I insert the Mobil SIM, On-Demand Update doesnât work. (with or without Wifi Connection)
All other function works (geo-fence and tracking).
May be there is a bug in the App?

I could fix it with help from support:
Created a new device with a new ID (at iPhone). Then removed old iPhone at the account page, and transferd the service to the new device.
