Can''t start application error message "Disable App Power Saving"

I have a Galaxy Note 3 and there is no such menu in the settings allowing me to disable power saving per application.

I already disabled power saving globally on the phone, but It does not recognize so FollowMee does not start.

Please Help.

You can ignore this setting if your phone does not have it. Your phone might be too old to have this setting.
