for some reason and with no chnges being made I cant track my fone anymore, getting to the point now where i might get rid of the app been at least 3 months now just dont track, tried logging out everything just dont work

You have been running the app since 2014. Have you tried to remove the app and then install it again?
Have you upgraded your phone to windows 10? We have a version for windows 10 phone.

I have a Windows phone that has been tracking fine for over a year !
I suspect it is due to Microsoft not pushing updates.
