I wanted to know why when I am accessing the followmee app on my computer to locate my kids phone location, and I know that they were in a specific area at a certain time, the tracker will not show the correct coordinates or address, but an address that is close to where I am monitoring them, usually in my home area?

Did you install this FollowMee app in your kid''s phone? This service only tracks the mobile device that has this app installed.

Do your kids devices use the same username and password so all devices are shown on one map? If not then login using their username/passwords that were created when the app was installed on the devices.
Was followmee the app that you installed on the devices that you want t o track?
