How do you restrict the app from being turned off by an employee? We are tracking with permission.

It is difficult to stop user from turning off the app. You can enable the password protected lock screen in the app settings. This requires the user to type in a passcode in order to open the app. But the user can still disable location service in the phone to stop this app from tracking.
