Hi,

I want to set the interval time to 10 minutes instead 5 minutes for all the 40 devices. I''m trying to look for the options, unfortunately, I couldn''t find any. My current interval time drains a lot of power(battery) so, I wanted to set to 10 minutes.
Could someone please assist me on this issue.

Thank You !!!

For iOS device, there is no track interval. You can use tracking power in the app settings. The default setting is high. You can set it to medium. This should save your battery.

All the devices (all are iOS) comes under this same account and I just want to set this from the same account (Web Account) for all the devices. Also, is there any way that I can set the time interval from 5 minutes to 10 minutes by using Remote Control ?

There is no harm in opening "remote control" and look around. In there you will see the "tracking power" as the admin suggested. It is very straight forward.
