I use to be able to pan and zoom into the map as i''d like. This has not been the case today. Is anyone else having this problem?

It has been a little weird for me for the last few days. Tracking three phones and sometimes one of the phones would not appear.

We have updated the all-device view map page last weekend. The map shows a pin with label on top. Your browser might still cache the older version of the javascript file. Refresh the map page and the map should be working again.

I just tested this on a Lumia phone running Windows Phone 8.1 and confirmed that panning and zooming are working.

Hi Admin,

Thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, I still cannot get the panning and zooming working on my Lumia 1520 running WP 8.1

On Internet Explorer, I ran the Followmee Map on the address www.followmee.com/m/map.aspx; however, I am unable to pan or zoom on the map itself.
Unfortunately, I have the same problem using your "demo99" account.

Interestingly, I can pan & zoom on the Google Map site www.google.com.au/maps without trouble.

Any ideas that I could try out?
One more thing, I used to be able to pan & zoom a few days ago.

Hi, Vianna:

This is a google map test page. See if the problem still exists in this page.

Hi Admin,

Thanks for your help.
Yes, the problem still exists; I cannot pan and zoom on the google map. However, the + and - buttons are working.

There is a disconnect between Google map api and the IE browser in Windows phone. I think this is more of an IE problem. Hopefully Microsoft will fix it.

Hi Admin,

Thanks for your reply. If IE becomes an issue; may I ask which alternate browser would you recommend to try on Windows phone 8.1?

The inability to pan & zoom is causing some difficulty to use the followmee map.

This is very sad for Windows phone users. On one side, Microsoft does not push its Windows phone as much as one or two years ago. This really discourages developers to develop for the Windows phone platform. When I look into the Windows store for alternative web browser, there is no brand name browsers out there.

Pan and zoom is no longer working for me on my Microsoft Lumia 640.
It was fine a week ago.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi mekon1 & Admin

I still have the same problem.

However, I still quite like the idea that FollowMee is allowing us to see all devices from different makers on a single computer screen.
