not showing the real time tracking, not showing the history, no on-demand update.

For example, I know for sure the phone moved around this morning, yet it still shows the last location 12 hours ago of a different city.

manual send on-demand update doesn''t work either.

There are a lot situations that might cause the no update issue:
- The device is turned off completely and therefore the app cannot run.
- The device does not have internet access to upload the location data to the server.
- The device is in airplane mode.
- The user has removed the app from the device.

It is hard to say which situation is currently affecting the device. If you have the device, you can look into the app to see if any error message. If you need help, you can send the log file to us and we can investigate for you. To send the log file, open the app and click Menu button -> Email to Supports. Make sure to write something in the body of the email to reference to this email. Otherwise, your log file will be ignored.

Thanks for the reply.

1) The device has never been turned off.

2) I even tried to manually start & stop the tracker several times.

3) The device was not in the airplane mode.

4) The device doesn''t have any cellular or WiFi data restrictions.

FYI, this is on a iPhone 6s. It has been working fine for the last 6 months, even working out of country.

My daily driver is a 6s.
Can you see and post what the logs show after you do a stop and wait 5 seconds and then start again?

When you restarted it were there any errors.

Hopefully you did not install the beta iOS 11. This beta version is not stable enough to run FollowMee reliably.

When you restarted it were there any errors.


1) I did not install iOS beta.

2) this morning reinstalled followmee app, relogged in. It shows tracker is running, again, the MAP is not updating.

I too have been having trouble. It does not upload the most recent time, seems to be an hour to an hour half off. I select on demand update and it does nothing. This just recently started happening like this week.

Same here, on Demand doesn''t do anything.

Got an iPhone 7, still not updating. The app records the location, just not updating on the web.

Thanks, the problem seems Web account info is not being synched with phone App, I logged in & logged out, even though I changed the email address, on the app it still shows the old email address. The update on the phone still wants me to pay the $3.99 version.
