This is an important release. This release is no longer bug fixing but include two important new functions:

1. Added option to obtain network location if GPS location is not available. This option is off by default. If you need this function, you need to turn it on in the app setting. This function is significant because there are still a lot of 8520 users, who can run this app in their GPS-less devices.

2. Added support for wifi only tracker. Cellular service is no longer required to run the app. The app can be run in a wifi capable phone which uploads data only when wifi is connected.
